This is nothing new. I have an encampment near you on 23rd Street for over a month since I reported it. Filth, trash, stench, and illegal dumping followed. I think Oakland wants these encampments to be assimilated into our neighborhood. Very sad, I already have a tenant that moved out. He said he doesn't feel our neighborhood is a safe environment.
