Description
All of the cars on Bishop St that adhered to the parking ban have been buried by the plows. Wouldn't it make a whole lot more sense (for two-way streets such as ours) for plows to push the snow toward the odd side of the street? I imagine more people would follow the ban if it meant that they could potentially avoid hours of shoveling.

My ride to work just across town is quite the picture of how this city works:
East Rock -half-hearted plowing
Prospect Hill- clear, clean streets from curb to curb
Newhallville- plow? What plow?
