Recent excavation of the road (Oakdale Rd) in front of this address has a large rough, low unfinished patch and a very loose manhole cover that very loudly slams and rattles with vehicles passing over it. Driving around it is dangerous as it is just below to top of a steep hill. Please correct this soon.
