Why don't people stop throwing garbage out of their cars!

All mall stores should stop using plastic bags- then the trash would be a rarity.

If people were not pigs and not throw trash out windows.

Thats so true, if the people in the community did not throw there rubbish out of there cars there wouldnt be garbage there. Sams club actually take care 2 miles of cleaning garbage going past jolly cow...and they even start earlier to clean before the over pass..

The garbage thrown all around the streets of that area is an absolute disgrace! The grounds surrounding the whole mall itself are completely neglected, dirty, unkempt, and completely disgusting!

Who wants to see a bunch of dirt, dead trees, swamps, and GARBAGE when they go shopping at the mall?!?!?

All of Ulster County is in complete shambles, and the area around the Hudson Valley Mall is no exception!!
