Description

Corner of wall st near saybrook a pile of garbage in the middle of the street. Going around it I allmost had a head on with a car pulling onto wall from saybrook road. this pile of @#$% been there a few weeks already. I notified police last week and nothing has been corrected. should I just plow it back into their yard?
