Tomorrow is the day of reckoning and the tax office website and phone system is down. I paid my taxes online and never received a confirmation email. I tried calling tax office (twice) and was hung up on both times, after waiting 14 minutes the 1st time and then 30 minutes the 2nd time. I also contacted the Mayor's OFfice to complain - to no avail. This service shouldn't be offered if the technical support is not there to fix these sorts of issues.
