Description

Tomorrow is the day of reckoning and the tax office website and phone system is down. I've called the tax office on (2)separate occasions held on 14 minutes the 1st time (was disconnected) ,called back a second time, held on for 30 minutes just to be disconnected again. I called the Mayor's Office to no avail. My issue is I made payment online and never received a confirmation email and I was locked out of my account.
