Description

At the intersection of N. Elm Street and Cone Blvd: On the NE corner the end of the guard rail was hit a long time ago. It is bent plus there is some kind of pipe lying next to it which I assume was also hit. In addition, there used to be a street light on this corner; was hit a few years ago and never replaced. Very dark at night.
