I appreciate that you, the county, have apparently done all you can do by passing this on to the state. Does Mr. Supinger agree that this is a state responsibility? I have no idea how the jurisdictional relationship works, but to me, saying the state is responsible for the street does not necessarily mean that the state is responsible for the sidewalk and the storm drain. When a big snow melt happens, we could see some water backup all the way on side streets, so it would be nice to get this fixed before winter.
