I am writing to request several new garbage bins (not recycling bins). The alley behind 310 N. 36th Street holds garbage bins for many residents and there are only 2 garbage bins at present. Could Department of Public Works please deliver additional bins? It would help minimize excess trash in our alleyway. Thank you.
