Cars continuously do not stop for this 4-way stop, located at the very edge of the West Side Recreation Field, and is a block from the Division Street School and Dehn's Flowers on Beekman Street. The violations are flagrant(for years!)and with the Church Street detour in full effect, more numerous roll- throughs are occurring.
