The media has consistently remarked about the relationship between tagging and gang violence. These two buildings, 909 & 911 Lincoln Ave. are heavy tagging sites, with many graffiti reports. Many of the tags have been there for months. Yesterday there was a stabbing behind Perry's Deli at 909 Lincoln. Enhanced SRPD enforcement of this private property graffiti is warranted. Contact SRPD Officer Mike Vergara to follow up on this obvious "hot spot".
