The I95 off ramps funnel into three lanes, ( none of which are marked on the pavement, the exception at the intersection, all other lanes are marked) one goes straight only, ( to Kohl's) the other two go right onto Stillwater Ave. The light going straight lets about 4-5 cars thru @ a time. The cars were backed up the ramp to I95 last weekend. Cars get in the center lane (going rt.) but attempt 2 go straight, blocking the center rt. turn lane. Marking the pavement @ that off-ramp would most helpful 2 motorists as the signage is small too high. Who designs this stuff??
