Description

embankment eroded leaving plaza sign concrete base exposed.no steps leading toparking lot.very dangerous in rain or snow with mud or ice. high density pedestrian area for hospital and plaza.

I am sending by email more photos of Plaza embankment showing three different conditions, dirt,icypaths,and snowbound paths. you can see also exposed manhole covers. Do not know who is responsible for upkeep,the City or the Plaza?

Nothing has been done to fix this problem, will have to bring this up with our Councillor.
