Literally just saw this happen myself. Westbound car assumed it was all way stopped, almost got T-boned by northbound speeder who would most likely have killed me had he ricocheted up on to the sidewalk where i stood reporting pothole.

the concern is still there no one had addressed this at all

its about time a sign was put back up to save lives
