Palace community center outdoor hockey rink. The ice has been terrible a lot a ruts and very snowy needs to be flooded and scraped also there are no shovels available I brought the family up there and we couldn't even skate out it Tuesday, December 13 and brought them back up on Thursday, December 15 both times the ice was terrible would think the city would maintain it better so we went to Northdale and the ice was in excellent condition I just don't understand why palace can't be in better condition?
