More than a year ago, NB lane #2 (between H and I streets) was partially resurfaced. However the "left turn only" arrow was not repainted. Despite there behind a nearby directional sign, which is often obstructed, drivers do not how to treat this lane, and this causes lots of confusion and red-light violations.
