two, three, four not so bad. when you get more... someones going to show off and prove there manhood. any and i mean any passerby is going to pay a price. beat up, killed, mugged you name it. it dont matter if you are in a car or on a bike.
these kids need something to do. social programs anyone? oops! budget cuts. there is always the military or prison. probably the latter.
