It took 4 days for you to acknowledge that some of the hex blocks were up to 4" below the sidewalk. It only took another 5 days for you to put a saw-horse barrier across the sidewalk so no one would hurt themselves. But now that it has been just over TWO Months since this was reported, how about "Fixing" the problem and not block the sidewalk with your barrier... OR is the barrier the solution?

Originally reported on Dec. 9... Here is a photo of the progress of a hazardous sidewalk.... So now It will not allow me to upload a photo of a Sawhorse with NO working light that blocks the sidewalk. Will this remain for another three months?

Thank you so much for repairing this issue in just over 4 months. I wish I could have been there when 2 trucks arrived and a supervisor's car to lift out FOUR hex blocks and bring in 25 pounds of sand to level the sidewalk out. I do hope that photos were taken for this great project. I am sure during the FOUR months prior to the completion of this project, photos were taken, meetings were held, permits were applied for, diagrams were drawn up, approval signatures from Admin, scheduling adjusted so that vehicles, supplies and manpower could be present all at the same time to make this a success.
