This is a 2 hour zone, no meters, but you don't have that as an option to choose. There is s National Harbor resident placard on her dash board. This lady parks here from 5pm - 11am nearly every weekday and never gets a ticket. Half the time she parks in the area between legal parking and the intersection. Please ticket her!
