This is under construction now. But when that's done, pls consider making the first angled parking stall on this side of Broadway parallel. This first angled stall (between gas station & the Wood Floor Place) is problematic. It necks down the only traffic lane on Broadway and can really mess with the traffic flow coming from the signal at California/Broadway. It can cause backups & serious blockage if a pick up truck or big SUV parks there. Also not easy to get out of that space.
