The Engineering Division has been in contact with the contractor and the soil should be removed before Christmas. Thank you for your patience while this project has been in process.

Nothing was removed and the silt fence is now falling into the creek.

The Town Engineering Division is working with the contractor to mobilize a crew to address this issue and have it corrected as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience as we complete this project and will post updates as soon as they are available.
