With the current weather situation, the City should be concerned with erosion of exposed dirt getting into darainage system. I'll contact ABAG to see what they have to say.

Please contact the SF regional water quality control board 622-2300. Ask for storm water. This is a state agency and are part of CalEPA. You can contact PWD call center today they will forward you to Oakland Fire dispatch hopefully get a crew out there to erosion control on the storms drain grates and at the sites driveway.
