Thank you for using FayFixIt. Your request for storm debris removal has been received and will be addressed as soon as possible.
The Storm Debris contractor is collecting larger piles, which are piles that are as large or larger than a sedan. The Environmental Services Department is collecting smaller piles of debris, which are piles that are smaller than the size of a sedan.
Our goal is to remove this as soon as possible, however, please be aware that it may take up to 3 weeks more for removal of the large debris piles and up to 6 weeks for the small/regular sized debris piles. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience and support during the storm debris removal process.
