The driver report the gates will not stay open. There needs to be rods with holes in the ground to firmly hold gates from closing. If the driver attempts to empty the dumpster while the gates are closing it will damage the gates and trucks. We do not service dumpsters unless it is safe to do so.
In addition the other area of the complex that was serviced, the gates need to opened wider. We were almost unable to empty those as there was barely enough room to do so. Please open the gates and have them held firmly in place in order to have proper service. If there is any possibility of property damage we do not service the dumpsters.
