This was the scene this wet Monday morning during commute time, in front of the "Mosaic" high rise; an illegal parking lot. I believe there were a minimum of five vehicles illegally parked. There are "No Parking" signs on both sides of the street that state the no parking times (morning and afternoon commute hours). Can we have the Parking Management department monitor this parking abuse to prevent traffic dangers?
