Just noticed this broken window last Saturday. There is actually a big hole in the front window like someone threw something through it. This structure is a duplex and residents of the north unit we're supposedly evicted recently as they had been living in the unit without power or running water. Definitely been nuisance issues with this address

This sounds like an owner issue. Please allow the owner time to make repairs. If it continues on for another week or so, then we can send this to Code, or you can call Code. 822-1465. But, I think it's only fair to give them some time. It's nearly impossible to have someone replace a window right away, plus it is an expensive thing to do, especially if the renters having been paying rent. Do you agree?
