Description

Homeowner moved tree trunk pieces onto street taking up more than one car length. This was a huge pine tree and the stump pieces are many and now rolling across the road Makes for road/driving hazards as they cannot be seen in the dark Wish neighbors would learn City collection rules. Makes us look like trash can alley.

Amazing nothing was done about this after address was initially provided. This tree was cut down NOT due to Hurricane. Tree service co left it on owner's lawn. Owner waited a while then dumped all into street. Does this mean we cut trees down at will and wait for City to collect remains for free?
