City Manager assigned this issue to Police Chief

Thank you for your post. The BPD and USPS are both aware of the issues taking place in your neighborhood regarding mail theft/tampering. The USPS has jurisdiction over these incidents. Further issues can be reported to them at 877-876-2455. Although not directly involved in the investigations, as mentioned above, the BPD is aware of the issues and are remaining vigilant to suspicious behavior we observe related to mail and mail delivery. We encourage our citizens to be vigilant as well, and to call 911 to report any suspicious behavior.
