Description

Drain at Armsby/Jackling/Fagan overflows annually. The overflow spills across Jackling over the low curb, a river of silt and debris flood backyard, pool and under house. Have placed 25 sandbags myself to divert. A new higher curb/retaining wall is needed to divert water down the street. Has flooded 5 years straight and requested for 6 years
