Description

Between this stretch of Merion Ave, there is only one active street light which is very dim. There are 2 other street lights that are out. Also the corner at Merion and S Essex is extremely dark due to these outages and insufficient lighting. This makes it very difficult to navigate while walking and also poses a security risk. Please investigate and rectify. Thank you so much!
