Thanks for reporting the issue. The City has been in contact with Deffenbaugh this morning. The odor experienced this morning is from the landfill's scheduled installation of the gas management system components including the installation of gas collection wells and pipeline. This work is part of their ongoing normal operations. They have deployed the use of deodorizing agents around the construction area to minimize the odors. They expect the work to be completed next week.
