Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will notify Eversource of the missing pole (and light fixture).

We have been in contact with Eversource. Today we were told that someone would go and check the site soon to determine the scope of work. After that they will schedule the installation of a new pole and light fixture. Based on our past experience that could be awhile because Eversource does not classify this as an emergency situation. We will monitor Eversource's progress until the pole and light fixture are replaced.

Eversource still has replacing the pole and light on their work list but we do not know when they will do it since they are treating the issue as a non-emergency situation.
