Complaint referred to T&D for resolve.

These issues were handled by CCCE in 2016. If these issues still exist, please report again so we can update our records.

This was NOT complete. As a matter of fact, this very tree fell down on the night of 6/20/17, the very same day that you closed the ticket for this and said it was already resolved. The problem with that is that the tree knocked out power in the area for almost 8 hours. This should have never happened and better controls need to be in place to prevent this in the future.
