The storm drainage ditch that runs alongside and behind 5599 and 5591 Mill Gate Ct are in dire need of trenching and repair. The underground storm water tunnel is completely clogged full of dirt and debris. The drainage ditch is flat in some place and the water fills up the surrounding back yards, making the property unusable. This needs to be addressed ASAP.
