Yesterday, November 28, city of Richmond Street sweeper truck collided with the beautiful cherry tree in front of my home splitting a large limb in half and almost ripping it off the tree. Is there anyway to save the limb and the tree? Seems pretty clear that if a city vehicle damages property the city should be responsible for putting it right.
