Please fix it.

How can the City allow its own Municipals codes to be violated. Here are some of those violations 9.08.160 - Sitting or lying on streets or sidewalks. 9.08.170 - Obstructing pedestrians. 9.08.180 - Alcoholic beverages on public streets. 9.08.190 Open alcoholic beverage containers. There is also littering, illegal dumping, defecating in public, the stolen shopping carts, stolen property, trespassing, the drug use ect.

The City of Oakland fixed this issue on 12/24/2016, service request #695666.
