Between MM 15 3/4 = 16 1/2 on the Neuse River Greenway there is mud in areas thus making travel in these areas hazardous. On Friday at approx.920 AM a gentleman was traveling on his bicycle and fell apparently due to the mud. Is there anyway this can be removed by either power washing/sweeping. Thank you for all the hard work you do.
