Why is it that those to work at Locust School are parking on top of the leaf piles the very day that someone comes to actually pick them up? When those of us who live in the area surrounding the school call the village to come back and pick up again, the response is that they have covered this area already. This cannot be. Instead, why not schedule pick up NOT within school hours?
