The car was not parked on the sidewalk Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. and the wooden barrier appears to be in the same place whent the City worked on reparing the waterline last year. The photo from last year, October 2011 is attached for reference.
No parking violation was found.

No tires were found on the side of the property but the property owner was notified that other items of debris in plain view of the front year were required to be cleaned up. The front porch was clear of trash except for a rotten pumpkin.

The tires were to the right of the house. There are 4. They were there when I took the photo on the afternoon of Dec 4.

The wooden barriers have been moved off the top of the parking pad to the grass below - maybe by the city, maybe by the kids. In any case, they do no good on the grass below the pad. They should be on the pad. That also shows in the image.

This property has been cleaned up and the items of trash placed at curb for trash pick up tomorrow morning.

The railroad ties are being taken care of by the property owner next week. There is no parking violation. The property has been cleaned up. This complaint is closed.
