"OBSERVATION: A field investigation was conducted on 12-7-16 in reference to PED Pavement Crossing on 4427/4400 Victory Dr.(W&E) @ Antoine Dr.(N&S) Both streets are asphalt paved, sidewalks, drained gutters, curbs, residential, business and a college/school area. My initial investigation revealed there are PED advance warning/PED crossing signs 480'-1300' E of Antoine Dr. for E/W bound traffic. I checked records for pavement crossing and found none and also no evidence for any pavement markings at this location. During my investigation, I did not observe any pedestrians crossing at this time and also no safety nor mobility issues. I did email Christine Muntz for further review. I also emailed the constituent, eretena@greatereastend.com for a return call. Photos are attached. No action taken at this time.
RECOMMENDATION:
No further action at this time. Photos are attached."
