Case Number 193 - no homeless person on site is not the problem. It is the vast amount of trash that was left. The solution is who will take responsibility to clean this area. This one area is not what any citizen or visitor should see. What department handles public property trash issues?

The marked location still is an eyesore. I passed by this morning and heavy trash remains in the hollowed out area of the large plant. It seems not much has changed nor any action to remedy this continuing problem. I recommend Landscape Services either cut back the plant to ground level or remove the plant altogether.

This issue has been resolved. The trash accumulated filled an entire trash bag.
