We noticed this, too, and when someone is sitting on southbound Swain at the stoplight to turn onto or cross New Bern, we've been unable to get onto Swain Street from New Bern because the cars outside Kiki's Concepts in the illegally parked area block us. It's very frustrating and I hope they replace the sign soon.
