Graffiti under bridge on west side by my property (1420 Livorna Rd) - please remove as soon as you can. It looks like hell and I don't want that crap in my neighborhood.

The graffiti cover up must occur without dropping paint into the water, which is a hazard to the environment and will result in a fine.
