Meeting with downstream property owner, Seattle City Light (Gary Lockwood) on December 15th to review drainage situation. Will advise after meeting with property owner. Called reporter and discussed options for private drainage issue between SCL/SubPro had on site drainage system cleaned last year ($2,700), requested receipts and system plan for NPDES Inspection file.

Maintenance season is approaching and this has been placed on SCL to maintain their property drainage system. I will be following up with them as they move through their work to be sure this is working and stable to protect Southgate creek and the Green river as well as upstream properties from flooding.

Your request regarding a stormwater/sewer issue has been closed. The City of Tukwila has no property or stormwater resources within the affected area and cannot respond. The downstream property owner, Seattle City Light has a failed stormwater pipe and ditch which affects your drainage capacity.
