Description

This problem the city of Oakland has allowed to exist for years. There is a homeless camp on the actual street of 35th Street, directly across from 663 35th Street...under the pillars of the freeway. Not to mention the homeless camp under the freeway between 35th Street and 36th Street on MLK Way. It is basically a lawless society. Blantant drug usage, blocking the sidewalks with broken down chairs and tires etc. Broken down vehicles block the view from 35th Street resulting in several accidents. THIS HAS TO BE FIXED. I am a homeowner and I am deeply frustrated by the response from the city and CALTRANS and Public works....
