15956 SW 16th street bank has recently taken title and previous occupants have abandoned the house. The condition of the house is very poor. There is a smashed window on 1st floors and locks from sliding back door have been removed. House is completely open, bringing high risk for squatters. Contacted PPPD they checked the inside of the house and did not find evidence of anyone being there. Have not been able to reach house in order for them to secure it. The pool is completely overtaken by algae.

It has been vacant for about 8-10 weeks. .
