Good morning, We have been trying for the past 3 weeks to call and get our trash can replaced. When we've called we get sent back to the system and are unable to leave voicemail. Our trash can is completely fallen apart and our trash is ridiculously backed up. Who else do we have to contact to get this resolved in a timely matter since as you see it is EXTREMELY URGENT!! This issue has NOT been resolved. We have not received a new trash can. I've tried calling numerous times and just get looped around to several voicemails. I cannot believe it is this difficult to get a new trash can in this city. Bottom line this issue has not been resolved and our current trash can has no wheels to move it around

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.
