No sinkhole small depression

How deep does it have to go before it gets to be a problem. The history here goes back a way. This is a fairly recent sewer installation and seems to be settling. It would help to be filled in.we've had trouble with overflow here flooding the basement which is why the sewer was installed in the first place. Do you need a picture from that occurrence? Please take care of this.
