Opis

At the end of Arelious Walker is a perpetual drainage issue. The area is constantly flooded all winter. Currently there is a huge pile of garbage floating in two feet of water right in the middle of the street. This constant flood blocks entry to the India basin Shorline Open Space a favorite place for me to walk. During the months when this is flooded the only access is across private property. I assume the fix will require some major expense because this has been reported dozens of times in the last several years. Please let me know what I should do to get this fixed.
